Paul incorporated an internal brick and external cladding design to the first floor, this coupled with large operable windows/doors to the Eastern and Northern facades on both ground and first floor has created a home with enhanced energy efficiency, whilst capturing the breeze available from the adjacent open spaces.

The house has a single neighbour on the Western facade, the southern, eastern and northern façades are visible from the road and the adjoining park. Paul was able to design a home with which overlooks the park as if it were the backyard, provide large amounts of natural light into the home, whilst maintain privacy within the home from any persons occupying the adjacent public spaces.”
